One of London’s most prestigious Architecture Studios are seeking a PA to support one of their Founding Directors. This is a brand new position, and you will need industry experience, as well as passion and an organised nature. You will have exposure to the business and will need to act as a ‘gatekeeper’ to support the Director and their extremely busy schedule. You will become the trusted eyes and ears and will have great support from the very sociable team around you.

The ideal candidate will need to be discrete, calm and efficient as you will be co-ordinating a complex diary and travel schedule, creating practice profiles and other traditional PA duties. They are looking for someone who can be reliable, have the ability to initiate and can work well within a strong admin team across the studio.

InDesign is useful to prepare presentations, bids and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a quiet confidence about themselves, and be robust and efficient. This is a very sociable practice, and a personable nature is required to work alongside and across the studio to support various members of staff when necessary.

This role is all-embracing and stimulating, and has excellent room for progression and in return, the company offer excellent benefits including a discretionary bonus, competitive pension and generous holiday allowance.

Please submit your application with the upmost discretion. ASAP start.
