An exciting opportunity has arisen with a development company based in East London, specialising in medium to large-scale new build residential complexes.

The firm is expanding and looking to reinforce the business by introducing a Design Manager to bring proven experience and quality management to their projects.

This is a unique role, allowing you to demonstrate management skills, whilst maintaining design guardianship throughout the delivery of projects through to completion.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage the design process for traditional and design & build projects in London. You will need to take a lead on the coordination of design information supplied to the businesses construction arm to the highest standard possible within tight deadlines.

A wealth of developer-led residential experience will enable the successful individual to hit the ground running, however, those that can show proven experience and the ability to manage compliance checks against specification and client requirements will be considered.

You will be rewarded for your services with an extremely competitive salary along with a private pension, healthcare, company car/allowance + 25 days holiday.
