Award winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice in London are looking for an Associate Architect

Your new company
This award winning, Architectural consultancy has provided cutting edge and high quality design solutions for over 3 decades. They have now become one of the leading practices in the South, specialising in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Leisure markets. Due to market growth and an influx of exciting new projects, a permanent associate structural engineering job has become available in their London offices

Your new role
You will be managing a new team of architects in their London base. You will be required to produce both sustainable and innovative solutions to help make the inspired visions of your clients a reality. You will also be required to assist in the mentoring of architects through their development and your clients through the project life cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include the calculation and preparation of preliminary designs, the developing project budget and timescale delivery and negotiating fees with clients.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have a number of years UK experience, managing projects and multi disciplinary studios. You will need be a driven and motivated individual wanted to reach MD level. you will need to be ARB registered. You will need to be proactive in your approach to clients and winning bids.
