A practice that has all one could hope for within the architecture industry. Good quality design, a great client base, a solid pipeline of work, a very organised and profitable set up, a good work life balance enjoyed by staff and an energised leadership team. Sounds too good to be true but rest assured these statements are all factual.

The practice works over a number of typologies. On this occasion, we are looking for a hotel and resorts architect to work alongside one of the board directors and help lead the sector for the practice. They are already one of the main players within the hospitality design arena so this appointment is to help them expand further and to manage existing workload at the same time.

The role is a management position that will also see you remaining hands on with design. It's a client facing role where you will service existing clients and market the practice to prospective clients too. There is plenty of scope to continue to work your way up the ladder and you will be doing this in a forward thinking, well-run company that has a very positive outlook.

The right candidate will be operating at Associate or Associate Director level. They will have significant hotel architectural design experience and be capable of developing and managing good client relationships. Great design skills and good team leadership capabilities are of course also expected.

Salary £55K to £75K depending on your level of ability.
