People and Talent Manager for Delightful Architectural Studio
A proactive and knowledgeable HR Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience is needed to join this accomplished and beautiful architectural studio. They are currently looking for a highly organised and experienced HR Manager to manage all areas of the day to day running of their London office. You will be working closely with associates, overseeing costs and overhead and ensuring insurances are maintained, as well as act as the point of contact for all external parties. A CIPD qualification is highly beneficial and experience in implementing ISO is a bonus.
You will be leading in providing support and advice to staff across the company, developing strong relationships with external contacts and managing the internal performance review process for all staff. Experience within a similar position is a requirement for this role, as is a proactive working approach and proven interest in architecture, design and the built environment.
