Engaging Receptionist for Leading and Prestigious Architecture Studio
A globally renowned architecture practice are seeking a bright and professional receptionist to joint their friendly team for a Maternity cover 9 month FTC. This is a varied and comprehensive role with three main areas of responsibility stationed across the studio: Front of House, Meeting Room Manager and Switchboard. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a clear, confident and polite telephone manner. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, Excel and Outlook is essential and you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
