Candidates will need to be presentable and able to deal with candidates from a variety of backgrounds whilst offering the highest level of customer service possible.

Candidates need to show a strong level of technical knowledge coming from a background working in carpentry (ideally) along with experience working in maintenance positions or within various other trades.

Customer Service Operative - High end Residential Developer - London

Working in high-end residential developments in a reactive maintenance role you will need to be flexible in approach when dealing with customers from a variety of backgrounds. You should have a good level of written and verbal communication and be able to understand their individual issues and empathise with them.

Working on high-end finish residential units you will mostly be carrying out painting & decorating as well as carpentry work. There may be, on occasion the need to bring in specialists in plumbing and electrics but you will ideally have some basic knowledge of these areas as well.


Customer Service Operative - High end Residential Developer

The candidates applying for this role will need to have come from a background working for other residential developers, dealing with customers in a face to face situation on a regular basis. You will have experience diagnosing issues and being able to provide solutions to those issues.

Experience working for another high-end developer will be ideal and favoured in the interview process. If you can show examples of your work during the interview and those are to a high standard this will be an advantage to you.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good overall maintenance skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Effective communication levels with high net worth individuals
  • Team work skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, managing the workload efficiently
