Bid Manager needed for an AJ100 rated Architecture Practice
An award-winning Architecture practice based in a desirable location in central London are looking for an enthusiastic Bid Manager to join their team. Working closely with the Partners and Associates, you will lead the practices bids, pitches and competition entries. It is fundamental that you have prior experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of the architecture and property market. This role is fast paced and varied, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a thriving, diverse, and lively group of talented design professionals. Most importantly you will have experience of leading Bids, PPQs, ITTs and competition entries. Where appropriate, as Bid Manager you will work across other areas of the team’s work, for example events and publications, to support business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator skills, and a keen visual and graphic eye. Your 3 main areas of responsibility will be business development, identifying opportunities, managing bids, and communications.
