A south west London development management and interior design firm are seeking a project coordinator to join its’s boutique multidisciplinary team that at the forefront of delivering innovative, design-led homes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working across every stage of the project form initial pitch to client handover
  • Assist with client relationship management
  • Programme preparation and monitoring
  • Tender management and advisory
  • Procurement of goods and materials
  • Project costs analysis
  • Consultant & supplier business management

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within property development or related profession
  • Proven experience of negotiation skills
  • Exposure to deal structuring
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An understanding of the designs and development process
  • Experience working in a client facing position
  • Knowledge of financials including fee calculations, analysis of estimates and financial reporting
  • Proficiency of Apple Mac
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of Gantt chart/ programme management software
