Opportunity to set up and lead the BIM in the highways division of this significant global player.  

With the board room driving a very smart DE strategy and BIM integration already firmly embedded in other divisions, the process of change is well advanced and accepted.

As the head of BIM for Highways with an intelligent BIM team you have the rare opportunity to start with a blank canvass, innovate and create an industry leading service whilst benefitting from the lessons learned from like-minded BIM evangelists.

We are looking for a driver, an experienced BIM project leader with the credibility and communication skills necessary to focus everyone on the same destination and bring them with you.

Initially you will be leading the BIM on a major highways project based near Southampton with part-time responsibility for developing the vision and strategy for the whole division.  This is an excellent opportunity for a good project BIM Manager to gradually take on a broader, nationwide role.

You will have strong support from the impressive management team as well as some of the brightest BIM people in the industry.
