Medium sized design firm requires job running architect for residential projects and hotel schemes.
Your new company
This medium sized architecture and interior design firm has a city centre office located within 5 mins walk of a main railway station. They have been established for over 20 years and work on projects ranging from new build hotel and leisure facilities through to large apartment and housing schemes.
Your new role
You will be working on the design and delivery of residential projects, taking schemes from inception through to handover. You will have responsibility for the creative vision of schemes, and will be involved in client discussions and update meetings. The role will also involve the production of presentation material, as well as technical working drawings and schedules as the project develops.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Chartered Architect (ARB) and will have experience of taking residential projects through all RIBA work stages. You should be a proficient AutoCAD user, and have additional ability using presentation and rendering software, plus experience of revit would be an advantage (but can be trained). You will need to be a confident and professional architect with good communication skills and the ability to think on your feet!
