Project Architect (or Architectural Jobrunner) required for busy practice in the heart of Cheshire.
Your new company
This successful small architecture and interior design practice based in Cheshire has worked for many years on the design and delivery of retail, education and residential projects across the region. They have free parking at their offices. They are looking to appoint a recently qualified architect (or possibly an experienced Part II jobrunner) with AutoCAD and Revit ability.
Your new role
You will be working in a jobrunning capacity on education projects for independent schools across the UK. The work is truly unique, and you will be afforded the opportunity to work directly with a client and take responsibility for a project from initial design through all RIBA work stages. This role would be a good opportunity for someone who is perhaps working on specific project elements within a larger commercial practice, but is seeking the opportunity to develop their overall skills and run projects in their own right.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified architect or an experienced Part II Assistant (with proven jobrunning ability). A proficient working knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit is required for this role, and you should ideally have good 3D visual ability and/or technical delivery skills. Client facing skills would be beneficial, and you will need a full UK driving licence for this job.
What you'll get in return
This practice will offer a good salary level, plus flexible working hours and the option to work from home one day per week. This company can offer the opportunity to have real client and project ownership, and develop as an Architect from day one.
