IT Service Desk Analyst, Based South West London, £22,000 - £25,000

This role will be working for a leading integrated design firm, based in South West London.  Working in a busy and challenging environment.  Providing 1st and 2nd line support and guidance for internal customers, via telephone and face to face.  Strong customer service and a willingness to provide outstanding IT support services.

Responsibilities - include but are not limited to.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and advice
- Respond to and process service requests and incidents
- Monitor and take ownership of incidents to resolution, providing customer updates as appropriate
- Collate & proof read reports for Major Incidents recorded
- Troubleshooting printer issues
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant IT applications and technology

Qualities and Skills Required
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft operating systems
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite
- Working knowledge and experience in remote administrator tools
- Articulate and diplomatic manor both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Remains calm under pressure

Desired
- ITIL awareness or qualification
- MCSE certified 2033 or above
- Service now, Microstation, Adobe CS3, 3Ds Max
- Other language experience
