Multi-Talented and Proactive Practice Coordinator for thriving Design Consultancy
An organised and robust Practice Coordinator is needed to join an accomplished and progressing Built Environment Consultancy. As the practice grows from strength to strength, this is an exciting time to join the team and truly grow your administrative skills. You must be assertive, disciplined, driven and friendly and have proven success in a similar role.
They are currently looking for a hands on and practical individual with strong experience to head up all aspects of the day to day running of their London office. Excellent administrative skills, a professional, flexible approach and level-headed attitude are pivotal to this position. Working collaboratively with senior management, as well as providing PA support to them, you will oversee aspects of Finance, HR, implementing new systems and procedures and ensuring client relationships are maintained, acting as the point of contact for all external parties.
You will be personable, friendly and have the ability to multitask. You shall developing strong relationships with external contacts and managing the internal performance review process for all staff, you should be able to lead in providing support and advice to staff across the company. InDesign is essential to help with presentations and communications.
Experience and a keen interest within the Architecture/Construction/Design Industry is essential.
