To be based within their North Leeds Head Quarters, this rare opening represents a significant opportunity for an ambitious career driven Architect who is striving for a Management position complete with the potential for an equity stake within a profitable and established award winning multi-disciplinary brand.
Specifically, you will be working within an established Team delivering Residential projects of varying complexity and size, these are typically Private developer or social housing developments, sometimes within mixed use developments but can also include high end bespoke builds.
Crucial to the success of the post is to appoint someone with front end Design and delivery experience, its envisaged that due to various recent framework awards and a healthy pipeline of work that you will be expected to work on various schemes simultaneously, so a progressive and organised approach is essential.

Education / Qualifications
Registered member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
Preferably to also be a Chartered member of the RIBA.
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
Skills & Experience
Practical design experience within the Living sector including Social and Private sector housing, Extra Care, Care and Build to Rent.
Comfortable within a Business Development/Networking environment with an established network method of professional contacts
An excellent approach and attitude toward high quality design solutions.
Technically competent designer who has experience of projects from inception to completion.
Ability to quickly undertake sketch/feasibility schemes to assess site viability.
IT literate in terms of all current computer packages and presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop).
Excellent hand-drawing, illustration and presentation skills.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary (depending on suitability and experience) up to £45,000 per annum, potential Equity Stake, Annual discretionary Bonus Scheme, Pension, 25 days Holiday, Professional fee's paid.
