Leading by design, this award winning Architecture studio has taken on some major new projects
Your new company
This studio is focused around its employees and their approach & passion to design. A steady and well established practice in Manchester, they have a secure reputation, with further projects in the pipeline. Currently they're working on notable and flagship projects across Manchester including blue chip organisation HQ's, high-rise residential schemes and multi-use developments.
Your new role
In this role, you will be supporting the senior design staff on the technical delivery of a £30m residential development that has just been given the go ahead. You will be involved in all technical drawing packages, GA plans, detailed elevations & floor plans, with the Revit model development and coordination part of your job too. Project management skills will come in handy, and you'll be liaising with client and contractor on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have several years' demonstrable UK experience of using Revit on substantial projects (ideally residential). You'll need to be personable, ambitious and an excellent communicator, with the technical skill and UK construction knowledge needed to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
What you'll get in return
Along with the opportunity to work with one of the leading Architectural practices in the North West, there is a clear route of progression, with a spate of internal promotions every year, extra training and development, and you're encouraged to attend networking events to expand your contacts in the industry. There is also a highly competitive salary and package on offer too.
