Job Title: Graphic Applications, Trainer and Support Assistant

Location: Battersea, London

Commutable Locations: Battersea, Mitcham, Bromley, Brixton, Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Croydon

Reporting to: Graphic Applications Manager, Head of Communications and ultimately, Head of Design

My client, a world leading architectural and design practice are looking for a Graphics Applications Training + support Assistant to join their graphics training and support team within Communications, in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into an Adobe Training and Support role in an architectural environement. Working on an exciting and creative project to deliver new training courses for the latest release of the Adobe applications, which will result in a significant increase in technical skill levels.  

Responsibilities (not limited to): 
  • Create tailored Adobe online training guides and videos using InDesign and Captivate 
  • Assist in the testing and configuration of Adobe Creative Cloud applications prior to practice-wide rollouts
  • Technical support and troubleshooting for existing and future Adobe applications 
  • Delivery and development of tailoed, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CC2018 and Acrobat DC classroom courses and workshops 
  • Some Adobe Premiere training may be required 
  • Update and maintain Adobe course/workshop bookings 

Essential qualities and skills required: 
  • An interest in teaching architectural Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Graphics and/or Photoshop visualisation background 
  • In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat 
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work carried out 
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team 

Desirable 
  • Adobe Certified Associate (ACA)
  • Adobe Premiere working knowledge and/or training experience 
  • Adobe classroom training experience or some graphic software training experience 
  • Adobe technical support experience 
  • Adobe community expert 
  • CAD or Microstation skills
