Your new company
Is steeped in history with an extensive depth of experience and ability across a variety of sectors. They own a beautiful office with some fantastic social spaces for staff and clients. This practice do operate quite differently from most firms on the market. They have really strong bond between staff, and rarely have an issue with staff retention.
Your new role
This practice are on the market for a recently qualified Architect. Ideally with 1-3 years post qualification experience. This role, is going to be an extremely important piece of recruitment for the firm, as they are looking to bring someone in who potentially has the desire and the attributes to be a Director in the firm in the years to come.
Today, the role will be to act as a Project Architect to work closely with one of the firms Directors. This will give you a fantastic opportunity from day one to show what you are capable of.
In the role, you will get involvements in all aspects of the role of an Architect. You will not be held back, and you will be tested and encourage to challenge yourself.
What you'll need to succeed
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Be an ARB registered Architect
- Ideally with 1-3 years post qualification experience
- You must have design experience on live projects within the UK
- Be comfortable in dealing with planners
- Have the attributes that would lead you to becoming a good manager of people and projects
