A Technical Coordinator job in Hampshire working with one of the UK's leading housebuilders

One of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK are looking for a Technical Coordinator to work in their Basingstoke office for the South-East and Southern Counties.
Your new role
Working underneath the Technical Manager you will manage a range of developments from one and two bedroom apartments to five and six bedroom detached family homes. Co-ordinate information and liaise with in house architects, civil and structural engineers and external consultants whilst ensure compliance with HQI's, lifetime homes and code for sustainable homes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years relevant experience working for a housebuilder/developer with excellent communication skills, strong understanding of UK building regulations and previous experience in producing working drawing packages.
