Associate Cost Manager
Prestige Cost & Project Management Consultancy in Newcastle office is currently recruiting for an Associate Cost Manager for work within all sectors.
This firm is a well-known and industry leading construction and property consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. The focus is on minimising risk and creating opportunities to maximise the value of our clients' developments and property assets.

As an Associate you will have a hand in the development of the business, building relationships externally and internally and playing a part in recruiting new talent. You will have a large presence on projects, taking ownership of projects while also managing junior colleagues responsible to you for service delivery.
Skills and Experience
·Degree qualified within a construction related discipline
·MRICS qualified with over five years post chartered experience
·Capable of running projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
·Experienced in pre-contract cost planning, cost reporting pre-and post contract, procurement strategy and negotiation
·Ensuring work and projects are running on time and to budget
·Fosters close relationship with clients, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations
·Bid writing experience for assisting with submissions
·Specialist sector knowledge
·Providing leadership and managing small cost management team
