Experienced L&D specialist HR Advisor for pioneering Architecture Practice
An experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor is needed for this incredible Studio. This person will need to have solid HR experience and experience of leading/supporting Learning and Development. This is a large part of the role and you will be implementing new plans across practice. The candidate will be working very closely with the HR Associate and will be supported by an HR Assistant.
Industry experience would be useful, as you will be focusing on training needs for the Architects, creating and delivering L&D courses and compiling the reports and presentations. Knowledge and understanding of Employment Law is important to understand and communicate with all members of the studio. You will need to work efficiently, discretely and confidently to embrace this exciting role and work for a sociable practice. Some travel will also be included, so a flexibility and willingness to travel across the studios’ offices is important.
Experience of using CASCADE software then that would be a huge advantage.
