Architectural Assistant / Technician

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an Architectural Assistant or Technician to join a design-consultancy in Central London. Our client is a boutique, architectural studio / design consultancy who specialise in the retail and commercial sectors. They have a strong pipeline of work in 2018 and beyond so want to strategically add to their team.

Key to this is the hiring of an experienced Architectural Technician or Part 2 - Architectural Assistant. Applicants will have experience working with AutoCAD and most importantly Revit in a studio environment, on projects, working to UK building regulations - this is important. It is also highly desired that applicants will have worked in the retail sector, ideally on projects of a roll-out nature which include interior packages. In addition to planning application production the role involves putting design packages together, development of feasibility studies, job running on multiple projects and sometimes participating in surveying.

The studio are working with some of the most well known names in retail and on the high street so this is a great chance to really impact their design and be able to see the results. They offer a fun and vibrant working environment, an interesting job with good exposure and a chance to broaden skill sets.
