Part II, co-working space in-house design role
Exciting opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant or Interior Architect to join a successful co-working office business as an in-house designer. This business operates in central London and has a number of sites in the pipeline ready for design and refit. This role would suit an individual that would be interested to move away from mainstream practice positions and use their commercial workplace experience in-house. Candidates should either have their Part II gained with at least 1 year experience post qualification or will be an interior architect with 1 - 2 year's experience in the commercial sector. Very solid experience in commercial workplace for 1+ years as a Part I would also be considered for this role if you are a recent Part II. This business welcomes applications from designers that have a can-do attitude and fresh innovative ideas on how to create functional and enlivening spaces for the workplace. This role will sit under the direction of the company's design leader and will be supported by the real estate and project management teams and has plenty of room for ownership of sites/projects in the future. Current sites include North London buildings recently purchased but also some expansion into Europe locations. This business is open to candidates with any CAD or presentation software background but will only review folios with relevant office building interior architecture work experience. Ideal candidates will have experience of both design and technical/site stages.
