An impressive Career Receptionist is needed for a busy Architecture Practice based in South West London. This is the ideal role for a dedicated and personable individual who is seeking a long term and stable position.
With proven experience in a similar role, responsibilities will include managing Front of House operations, and being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. You will also be responsible for replenishing the kitchen and stationary stock, managing couriers and distributing post. Finance administration plays a large part of the role, as you will be writing invoices for the Accounts Manager, as well as filing and database management.
You will need excellent communication skill and the ability to be confident talking to clients. The successful candidate will be one step ahead of everything in diary, so a complete awareness, competency and reliability are essential. Fluency in Microsoft Office is also desired.
