Committed Team Coordinator for busy and established Architecture Practice
A highly respected architecture practice are seeking an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects and provide a high level of service to colleagues and clients. This is a fast-paced role, and you will be managing the diary of the Project Director and their team, booking travel and arranging meetings.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a team support/secretarial experience within the built environment sector. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential as you will be managing several inboxes and acting as first point of contact for internal and external teams. You will be responsible for preparing documents for meetings, submissions and presentations as well as assisting with design reports, so excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and InDesign/Photoshop is vital. Proven PA experience is beneficial.
