Part I or Part II Architectural Assistant | Immediate Requirement | Small Suffolk Practice
Your new company
A small and thriving architecture studio based in Suffolk that pride themselves on their service delivery to clients. Specialising in mainly residential works they have experience across heritage, sustainability, extension and new build. They also undertake community driven work, working with small groups and businesses to develop friendly localities. Due to increasing workload, and the departure of their current Part I student, they are seeking an Architectural Assistant at Part I or II level.
Your new role
As an Architectural Assistant you will have the opportunity to get involved across all RIBA work stages. As a Part I you'll be developed from site survey onward, putting to use your BA to consider design sensitivity before project progression. As a Part II you'll be involved with technical aspects of work, as well as encompassing client facing duties and liaising across multi-disciplines to deliver fantastic schemes.
What you'll need to succeed
As Architectural Assistant, in-practice experience is not required for this role, but a conscientious attitude with fire and passion to develop as a professional is paramount. You'll be a strong communicator with a professional and friendly manner, able to see the big picture in small projects.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, with the chance to work in a lovely Suffolk office, with the development and learning provided by the practice directors. As an experienced studio they can offer a wealth of knowledge to absorb, and the freedom to be involved across all aspects of projects.
