A multi-national architectural practice with offices across the world are looking to recruit an associate architect who is looking to take the next step on the career path. Your new company are looking for somebody searching for the next chapter in their career rather than just a job. The practice are looking for somebody who wants to be an award winning architect.
Your new role
Your role as an associate director specialising in higher education will mean that you won't just be in the office drawing the designs but also working with clients and the universities to tender for projects. You will be expected to spend your time split between tendering for the projects as well as influencing the design.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have a design flair and understanding of the way universities are moving in their layout and priorities. The ability to develop business is key with an understanding of how the higher education circles move.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of circa £60,000 depending on experience with a car allowance as well. Holiday is 23 days + statutory with the option to buy and sell holiday.
