I am currently working with an award winning medium sized multi-disciplinary studio in the heart of Birmingham on their requirement for a Revit Technician to join their busy and expanding team.
The practice, established over 50 years ago have a Birmingham studio based centrally in the City Centre offering good transport links including free car parking, rail and bus transportation routes locally.
I am looking to speak with Technicians that have a strong background in Residential and Housing projects as well as the education sector. My client are best known primarily for their work in the residential Housing and educational sectors particularly upon new build projects and apartments with substantial public sector focus upon the work that they do.
This role will be primarily focused upon taking projects throughout the Plan of Work (RIBA 0-7) with the majority of work falling in the technical phases of projects (RIBA 3-7). Strong detailed design and technical design skills are essential. The practice has been winning project after project and have a very strong project workbook.
While the most important aspect to be considered is relevant project experience and technical expertise; practice experience with Revit would be highly desirable.
