Architectural Technician - Intermediate

Conrad Consulting are working with a successful RIBA chartered practice in Lichfield, West Midlands that require an Architectural Technician to join their growing Residential Team.

This practice is one of the longest standing architectural practices in the West Midlands region, having been established over 70 years. They work across all sectors of the construction industry throughout the UK, and sectors include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Conservation. The successful Architectural Technologist will work predominantly within the Residential team but will also support the commercial and conservation teams across all RIBA Stages.

Skills, Qualifications and experience required for this position as an Architectural Technician include:

·Architectural Technology Degree or equivalent
·1 - 2 years post qualification experience within the UK
·Ability to produce technical drawings to support working drawing packages, with good detailing skills
·Excellent understanding of current and up to date UK Building Regulations
·Full proficient in REVIT
·Ability to manage own time and workloads plus fantastic teamwork skills
·Excellent communication skills

In return, the successful Architectural Technician will be offered a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 plus a generous benefits package.
