Your new company
An expanding modular home builders are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 6 years experience to join their design team. Your new company are using cutting edge technology for their design and they pride themselves on their environmentally friendly construction process.
Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining a growing and exciting design team. You will reporting into the Technical Associate, being responsible for the drawing and design of apartments, retirement properties and affordable housing. As well as the drawing you will identify areas and details that may cause problems with the production with all work being produced in accordance with BIM protocols.
What you'll need to succeed
to be a successful Senior Architectural Technologist within the design team you will need to have experience using the software Revit and knowledge of BIM. As a professional you will need to have an attention for detail and accuracy and have the ability to work collaboratively within the design team.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary for an Architectural Technologist of between £35,000 and £40,000 within an exciting design team. As well as the competitive salary you will have pension contribution and onsite parking. Your new company pride themselves on the progression opportunities provided to their staff.
