Technical Architect/or Architectural Technician - Site experience High profile workplace projects
London
£40,000 - £50,000
We are working with a repeat client who works on the very best workplace schemes and is very busy on large scale office buildings.
This medium sized architecture and design practice needs a talented and technically focussed Architect or Technician/Technologist that has strong troubleshooting experience and knows their way around site.
You will be in daily contact with contractors, subcontractors and consultants and need to be comfortable dealing with complex situations to run the project through to delivery.
Stage 4 onward experience required.
You will be drafted in to a high profile project in central London.
Whilst the projects are workplace, you can come from a different background of residential, hospitality etc.
What is mainly important is having the technical nous to deliver large scale projects with a good knowledge of new builds and existing buildings experience. Strong detailing background required, but more from a directing and redlining scenario rather than hands on detailing day in day out.
This project is done in Revit but having revit experience is not a prerequisite
