Architect - Varied Sectors

Conrad Consulting in partnership with an award winning Architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre, are seeking an experienced Architect to join their studio. Based in an open, welcoming office, you will be joining the practice as an Architect working on a variety of exciting projects and sectors.

The practice have been established for near on 15 years, in which time they have established themselves as a key practice in Birmingham. Core sectors worked within include Residential, Education, Commercial and Sports & Leisure projects, offering the Architect applying for this position the opportunity to work within a wide array of sectors.

An Architect is now required to join the practice to facilitate further growth throughout the business. An Architect with job running experience and demonstrable ability to work at all RIBA stages would be ideal for this position. You will also be required to run a small team of Architectural Assistants and be the lead Architect reporting to the Associates and Partners in the office.

To be successful in applying for this role as an Architect, you will ideally hold a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience within a private practice environment. Particular sector experience in Residential, Education and Commercial projects would also be highly beneficial. The practice use AutoCAD & Revit throughout the office, so experience using these software packages would also be looked upon favourably.

Qualifications required for this position as follows:

·RIBA 1/2/3 qualifications, as recognised by the RIBA board.
·Current registration with the ARB as an Architect.

In return, you will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package, likely to be in the region of £32,000-£38,000 per annum dependant on experience.
