Conrad Consulting are working with a leading, multi award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, that are seeking an Architect with at least 2 years of post qualification experience to join their innovative architectural team in Birmingham.

The practice offer Architectural services throughout varied sectors including, Housing, Care, Education, Health and Commercial projects. Due to an influx of Residential projects, an Architect is now required on a permanent basis to further enhance the architectural team.

The locations of current projects are predominantly dispersed throughout the Midlands, with focus in the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

Requirements of the Architect:

-ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
-Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
-Proficient in AutoCAD & REVIT
-Experience of residential housing RIBA stage 0-3 and associated standards and design codes and experience working with Housing Associations and local Authorities
-Experience of a range of residential typologies and scheme size
-Proven ability to lead a project and/or small team with minimal direction
-Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and Legislation.
-Capable of leading new projects from the concept stage through to design development and construction.

Salary offered is between £34,000 - £38,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

This Architect position has the potential for the right candidate to develop within the organisation, with progression through to senior and Associate level very much available.
