Senior Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist, residential and commercial sector, Northamptonshire, picturesque village location

Your new company
Due to an expanding work load a small, family run Architecture Practice located in a picturesque village within Northamptonshire, that have been going for over 25 years, are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist to add to their close knit team.

Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors, from small scale housing developments and one off extensions, to schools and heritage projects. You will predominantly be focused on creating technical working drawing packages through the use of AutoCAD and Revit but will also be involved with; job running, on site surveys, some conceptual designs, writing specifications, tendering and on site meetings.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist. A proficiency in AutoCAD is required whilst a knowledge of Revit would be a desired attribute. It is preferable that you have experience within the Residential and Commercial sectors but applicants with a good knowledge of detailed drawings, UK building regulations and the ability to job run will be explored regardless of previous sector experience. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
