Conrad Consulting are presenting an opportunity to join one of the North-Wests leading Architectural practices in at an exciting time. Recently they have been succesful in bringing on a wide selection of high-profile and contemporary schemes to the practice. They have a busy pipeline of projects for 2019 with the same forecast for 2020.

They are looking to employ either a Senior level Architect or aspiring Project Architect to join their successful design team. This AJ100 practice is comprised of smaller, interlinked design teams that contribute towards a close-knit feeling within the office.

The successful candidate will be presented with the opportunity to work on projects in a broad range of sectors including: Residential, Sports, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, etc. You will be working alongside consummate industry professionals and offered a clear path through to Associate level in the not so distant future.

Ideally, you will have between 3 and 7 years experience post-qualification working with a UK based Architectural practice. However people of all experience levels can and will be considered. Due to the nature and size of this practice, you will gain exposure to projects at all RIBA stages during your time here.

Key requirements:
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT systems is advantageous.
* Able to present ideas clearly in meetings with internal & external teams.
* Solid working knowledge of UK building regulations.
* Residential experience is essential.

Salary - £35,000 - £42,000
