This creative and passionate organisation seek to design and deliver a wide range of projects across a range of sectors including unique and bespoke developments through to larger scale urban planning and regeneration.

Your new role
This role will involve working on a range of projects within a design team in a collaborative basis. You will be part of the early design stages as well as technical and construction stages. This will mean being able to provide design solutions and high quality construction details, so your new role will mean you are involved across all stages of any project. You can also get involved in mentoring of more junior team members if you feel this is a strength, as well as leading on technical design and coordination.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will be suitable for a Technologist with at least 3 years practice experience, and it is essential that you have demonstrable knowledge of working on residential projects of varying sizes. An understanding of BIM software would be advantageous, however someone who has strong software knowledge and able to pick this up quickly could be considered.
