Your new company
Hays are working exclusively with an award winning International Architecture practice, who have an office in the heart of Edinburgh. This studio have a vast and exciting portfolio of projects, including large scale master-planning and high density residential and mixed use projects. This studio is based in the city centre, and they are ideally located to numerous local amenities and central train station. Your new role
This is a role for an Associate level Architect who has strong all-round ability across concept design, creating and developing design solutions, technical design, construction stages and project delivery. This role will also suit someone who can deliver the design vision of any given project, and manage the in house technical team and client throughout the project.

You will have the opportunity to not only manage younger staff, but also your own project. This will provide a great opportunity to show what you are capable of from day one, and will in turn offer the chance to further develop your client facing skills, as you move into a more senior role within the business. Offering coaching, mentoring and support to your team, you will take a lead role within team management in this studio.

What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a qualified Architect at Senior or Associate level
- You will have the ability to carry out the full range of professional services of a qualified Architect
- You will have strong ability to design / sketch / present / detail and deliver projects
- You will have experience in residential and mixed use projects
- You will have client facing experience, or the character to suit that kind of role
- Proficiency in Microstation is preferred
- Proficiency in Revit is desirable
