This is a large Architectural practice. But in Manchester, they're just renewing their leadership and ambitions, the team is about to go from 5 to 10 and there's more to come.

You will be joining a commercial team of 40 nationwide and a company of over 100. There is an established Director running things from another office, but there is no clear number two, nobody who is going to take over the region given time, and no Associate in the team. This is where you step in. 

They need project leadership, this is also where you step in. Two big projects are kicking off this month, with more over the next couple of months. 

Don't worry though, you won't just be dumped at the helm of a big project and given a pat on your back after stage 5 before being shoved onto the next job. They're here to develop people like you, regardless of whether you're an Architect or Technologist into commercially savvy, goal orientated Senior Management professionals. 

They use Revit but you don't have to an expert level, any experience is useful. They'll teach you everything else you might need to know. 

On top of all of this, you can expect a market leading salary, as well as a generous four-figure annual bonus with a Car Allowance of £3500 to top it off.
