Part-time Studio Manager to drive Published Architecture & Interiors Group forward

A young multidisciplinary design practice is searching for a hard-working and experienced part-time Studio Manager. An innovative force with beautiful projects across Architecture, Interiors and Product Design, this is a part-time position for c.2-3 days a week with the option of splitting equivalent hours across more days. This would suit a knowledgeable Studio Manager who has accrued excellent industry experience and is now seeking a flexible working plan.

We are searching for the full package of Studio Management and the remit will be familiar to those who have held sole support roles in tight-knit design studios before. Encompassing PA support, Facilities, HR, Marketing, Finance, Project-related Administration, Event Coordination, Reception/Front of House and Housekeeping, the successful candidate will be at the centre of all daily duties and be responsible for maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted workflow for the Architects.

Working closely with two visionary Directors generating major press traction, you will possess outstanding administration acumen, be a nimble communicator and have excellent time management skills. You will call on your ability to think on your feet regularly and use this to develop a great rapport with the team and become the ‘go-to’ person.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Accounting software will be crucial, with proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign being advantageous. A passion for Design and the Built Environment is similarly vital, and you will be able to talk with confidence to Directors, Architects, Developers and clients.
