Associate / Principal Landscape Architect

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy in their search for a Principle / Associate Landscape Architect. Our Client is recognised as an industry leader for training and development providing a fantastic platform to excel your career.

The role will involve providing direct support to the landscape Team Leader, contributing to and growing their flourishing landscape planning portfolio. The day to day activities will include mentoring junior staff, financial management and the preparation of fee proposals alongside the normal design led activities.

The ideal Landscape Architect will:
·Be a Chartered member of the Landscape Institute.
·Have experience undertaking Landscape Visual Impact Assessments and appraisals.
·Have great communication skills both written and verbal.
·Have a good knowledge of planning issues and Environmental impact assessments.
·Have some experience of managing junior members of staff.
·Have expert witness experience.

The successful Landscape Architect will receive a salary in the region of £32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
