About the role

Great design is the foundation of what we do. You’ll be a natural at maximising the potential of future sites, producing cost-effective buildings through high quality and efficient design.

Overseeing an established team of highly-capable designers, you will work hand in hand with the planning department and will have recent experience of planning law relating to residential development.

You will be RIBA qualified with an exceptional aptitude for creative design within commercial constraints.
