New Long Term Contract - 12 Months
Our Client is looking for an experienced Policy Planner to work as part of their Planning Policy Team for the next year.
The immediate focus will be to play a part in preparing for the submission and subsequent examination of the Local Plan that accommodates significant housing growth and supporting neighbourhood plan groups to prepare the numerous Neighbourhood Development Plans .
Duties will involve taking responsibility for topics or sections in the plan and evidence base, be the planning liaison officer for one or more of the neighbourhood plans and work with neighbouring authorities on cross-boundary issues.
If you are ideally MRTPI qualified or have a degree in Town Planning and are working towards chartered status with recent policy planning experience, then this could be for you.
In return you will be offered an initial 12 month contract and a competitive Hourly rate.
