Architectural Technician

Your new company
Your new company are an Architectural Practice based in North Essex who specialise in a range of projects including, residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will be part of a small team and provide support on projects to a number of people in the business.

Your new role
Your new role as an Architectural Technician will be focused around the construction stages on projects. Working alongside the director and Senior Architect in the practice. You will be working on a converting planning drawings into technical packages. The nature of the way this practice works means that you will be working to design and build contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience of working in a similar role, ideally having a degree in either Architecture or Architectural Technology. You will be working with a range of software including Microstation, however this studio are willing to train people on this software if needed.

What you'll get in return
In return for this role you will receive an general annual salary, which will depend on experience. You will also receive free on site parking at the studios spectacular converted offices.
