Architectural Technician

Mid level Technician required for Architecture practice in South Manchester, close to tram station.

Your new company
This small design practice employs 12 staff and has a beautiful, contemporary studio located within 2 minutes walk of a railway/tram station, and close to shops and cafes. They work on a great range of education, hotel and contemporary residential schemes across South Manchester and Cheshire.

Your new role
You will be producing drawing work to aid in the delivery of projects ranging from £1m to £25m. With guidance from the company Directors, and working within a strong team-working environment, you will be involved in coordinating information, working drawings, specification work, and site visits.

What you'll need to succeed
The practice is keen to employ an Architectural Technician who has worked within a reputable design based studio environment previously, and has good communication and presentation skills. IT literacy and drafting skills are a prerequisite, and of course a sound understanding of UK building regulations.
