Document Controller with Quality Assurance Expertise for Supportive Architecture Studio

A leading Architecture Practice with prominent cross-sector projects is seeking a motivated Document Controller with experience of Quality Assurance and knowledge of ISO 9001 quality processes. Are you a confident Document Controller with excellent team liaison and Project Coordination skills?

This role requires a process-led individual proficient at following, devising and improving efficiency procedures. Working closely with a Project Delivery Director, you will be responsible for setting up project filing systems, conducting internal audits and training team members in Document Control. Proven experience with EDMS on such systems as Conject, 4Projects, Asite, Aconex and Newforma (or similar) is critical to meet the rigorous Document Control remit.

With brilliant communication skills, the successful candidate will be managing stakeholder relationships at all levels and arranging project reviews with key figures. Essentially becoming an in-house authority on all aspects of data storage, QA, compliance and data protection/confidentiality, you will be a central point of contact for the coordination of project information.

An emphasis on Document Control, processing large volumes of pivotal drawings, documents and specifications will be completed swiftly, efficiently and adhering to a robust framework of control measures. The integrity of information will always be at the forefront of your mind.
