Your new company
Your new company are a construction business who currently offer services in both Planning and Construction. Working within a small team you will be joining at an exciting time in their journey as they have just moved into new offices.

Your new role
Your new role will be to lead on projects alongside this companies existing relationships with local architecture practices. You will be producing both Planning and Technical drawings on a range of residential developments up to 30 units.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience of producing technical drawings in line with UK Building regulations, ideally whilst working with AutoCAD. You will also be liaising with the in house team both on site and during the planning stages.
