Senior Architectural Technician

Your new company are a diverse Architecture practice based in Chelmsford. With a focus on design this business value are always keen to look after their staff and so their best to stick a 9-5 working day, in addition to preferring local staff to ensure that people are not travelling too far each day.

Your new role
You new position as a Senior Architectural Technician will involve you producing a range of drawings including Technical and Planning. The projects will be predominantly residential, however there will be a wider range of projects involved.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have a good experience in preparation of working drawings for residential works and be able to assist on preparation of planning packs from time to time. You will need to be proficient in AutoCAD and it would be an advantage if they could use Revit, sketch up and InDesign as well as all the normal Microsoft product

What you'll get in return
With salary dependant on experience you will also be gifted holiday over xmas and the new year, in addition to standard annual leave.
