Architectural Technologists (All levels)

Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of an exciting Architectural practice to recruit for Architectural Technicians and Technologists at various levels.

This practice are based towards the south of Manchester and can be easily accessed via Tram from the City Centre. They have been in operation for just under 10 years and have displayed year-on-year growth as they have continued to compete with some of Manchester's best known practices..And pick up a few awards along the way.

They have an established team of experienced individuals working in the practice including 3 vastly experienced Architectural Directors. Between them they posses the knowledge and experience of managing various workloads; a skill they are looking to pass on to the next generation of talent to come through their company.

Ideally they are now looking for Architectural Technicians or Technologists with a minimum of 1 year practical experience through to Senior level individuals with up to 15 years experience.

This practice work predominantly with Microstation, however they are happy to accept applicants with a preference for AutoCAD or REVIT software. Their current projects include Hotels, Residential and some Education schemes.

Salary:
£23k-£30k for Junior/Intermediate level applicants.
£30k-£38k for more experienced applicants. (Potentially can be negotiated higher).
