Your new company
My client would like to welcome an ambitious and self-sufficient Part II Architectural Assistant to join them at their lively architectural practice on the sunny south coast. Experts in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management, the existing team specialise in creating sustainable and quality design solutions for private clients throughout Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

They boast an impressive portfolio of high end, bespoke domestic projects, including both contemporary and listed buildings. The practice is vibrant and design-led with scores of live projects on the go at any one time.

Your new role
You'll join a bustling team of 13, including Architects of all levels, Interior Designers and Project Managers. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of the business and will be expected to take ownership your projects and demonstrate commitment to your clients. Key responsibilities will include the production of feasibility studies, working autonomously and within a team to create optimal design packages and attending key design meetings and site visits.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be self-motivated, a confident communicator and passionate about producing quality and sustainable design solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential and ideally, you'll have experience using Revit as well. Software skills in In Design, Sketch Up and Photoshop would also be useful.
