Job Details

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to take the lead in an Architectural Practice for Care Homes/Retirement Living.

The role will require you to manage multiple projects within the Care/Retirement sector, taking a lead in the office with Clients, winning new business, running projects throughout all stages and having confidence with contractors and consultants. You must have a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and be able to travel throughout the South for meetings that may be required in relation to current projects. Confidence with Revit will be required.

You will be joining a small team with big plans for growth. With a large head office in Manchester, you will have the support of a large and stable company but within a smaller branch to really make your mark on the business and help grow the company in London.

If you are interested in this role then please do send me over a copy of your CV and Portfolio (under 7mb) through to myself or give me a call to discuss further. Alternatively if this is something that you think may interest someone else then please do pass on my details as I'd love to get in touch to see if the role might fit!
